Where do I find my IMEI?
You can find your phones IMEI by typing *#06# (star,pound,zero,six,pound) on your phone or by looking in back of the phone. We prefer you send us the IMEI by typing *#06# because then we are sure that its the right one.
What is cell phone unlocking?
Most new cell phones are programmed to only accept a SIM card from the carrier that sells it. By unlocking your phone you remove this restriction and enable to use your phone with the carrier of your choice. There are many ways to unlock a phone.
